TQSRUS was formed with a special purpose to support those providers of training solutions to employers who are committed to continuously improving, especially but not only, their focus on employer and customer responsiveness to ensure that and they flourish in the changing world of Further Education.
Achieving the Training Quality Standard [TQS, aka the New Standard] will be an important milestone on the journey and cause for a pause and a party. However our prime aim is to guide and support you on this never ending journey to "excellence" and also to help you celebrate achievements, including certification to TQS along the way.
The Founders of TQS Advisors, Jim Standen and Peter Hillman are Lead Assessors for TQS and Jim was involved in the development and roll out of the TQS.
